On a scale of 0-10, how easy is it to get out of bed? 😴

Getting up in the morning is tough at the moment… How are you dealing with the cold, dark mornings?

It requires some pretty heavyweight meditations, and a big surge of positive energy to get me out of the cosy, warm bed!!!!

Plus there’s also a heavy collective energy, meaning we’re still all going through it. As you’re probably feeling…

It’s normal to feel RESISTANCE about getting out of bed at the moment. It’s cold, it’s dark, it’s heavy. 

So I thought I’d share some things that are working really well for me right now. I know I have the power to shift out of whatever heavy feelings I’m feeling…even if it takes a lot of inner strength…I know I can do it!!!

Step 1: As soon as I wake up, the first thing I do is to start breathing in deeply and consciously. Before I think of anything else, I’m breathing into my mind, my body, my heart, my cells. 

Step 2: I then get out of bed (the hardest part for me atm) and go and wash my hands in cold water…

Step 3: I walk around the house for about 5 mins tapping my fist onto my chest and collarbone area while at the same time, breathing in. I find this gets my energy flowing fast…

Step 4: Go to my meditation place, sit down and do a 21 mins meditation. Even if I’m still a little asleep, I surrender and listen and allow it to guide me…

Step 5: I then go into appreciation of EVERYTHING I can think of, literally everything, my cosy bed, the clean sheets, my food in the fridge, clean water, a warm shower, I appreciate every room in the house. I aim to do this for 10 mins, until I really feel great about everything…   

And that’s enough….

A little reminder for you – YOU HAVE THE POWER TO FEEL GOOD AT ANY TIME. SO TAKE BACK YOUR POWER AND AIM TO FEEL GOOD….ESPECIALLY WHEN THE WORLD FEELS CRAZY….CHOOSE TO FEEL GOOD ALL THE TIME!!!
