How to manifest what you desire

Next to healing crystals, soul-expanding meditations and kundalini yoga… one of the concepts you can hear whispered the most in the “spiritual-scene” (whatever that is) is the magical yet somewhat elusive art of manifestation.

And it’s pretty obvious why. We all want to have more of what makes us happy: Kyle Jenner-level finances, an unlimited supply of turmeric lattes (or champagne depending on the time of day), sexy loving soul-mates, puppies, all-encompassing fulfillment and so on.

And yet when it comes to the *how* to manifest this modern day fairy-tale life… well, it’s not so straight-forward.  

Tbh I’m still workin on it, but by now I’ve nailed a couple of principles that have proved to be solid when I’m in dire need of some good-ol’ manifesting magic.

Cue this quick guide on my top 3 secrets to tap into your manifesting powers. 

Let’s get to it– shall we?

1.  You’re an amazing creator: believe it or not, you’re the master creator of your life.

Every moment, you decide the experience you have of whatever is going on: the opportunities you say YES to, the people you choose to connect with, the attitude you approach a situation with and so on.

The moment you accept this, a deep shift will happen. Why? ‘cos you’ll be claiming back your superpowers, no less. 

And the beauty of this is that once you realise your power, you can begin to use it to create a life you love. *channels her inner Hermione*

A classic example: You get into an argument with your partner. You have a choice between closing up, defending yourself and hurting him/her– and by doing this one of you ends up sleeping on the sofa. OR you choose to stay open, vulnerable and honest– and take the experience as an opportunity to learn more about him/her and make the relationship stronger.

The experience will be whatever you choose it to be.

2.  Your attention is your superpower: What are you focusing on? What do you keep talking about?

If you’re constantly talking and thinking about lack, problems and what makes you unhappy there’s a big chance you might be perpetuating those vibes. What you focus on grows, so why not choose gratitude, joy and appreciation? 

You know how when you buy a new car you suddenly start seeing the same model everywhere?! Silly example, I know, but it shows you how when you suddenly become more aware of something it starts popping everywhere you look. Same happens with life, if you look for reasons to be happy and grateful– you’ll find them all around you! (Same applies if you’re looking for reasons to feel miserable…)

3.  It’s all about feeling: The fastest way to create more of the good stuff is to feel good. As easy as that. The law of attraction always has you back by giving you more situations that match your vibe (so choose it carefully!).

You might have had one of those days where you wake up feeling amazing, and then the sexy barista at your local coffee shop gives you a free coffee. You walk into work and your boss congratulates you on that project you’ve been working your ass off. You then stumble into that friend you’ve really been wanting to text but haven’t had time to. You jump on the tube and there’s a spot for you to sit down (next to a cute guy with the cutest golden retriever)… And you ask yourself: how does it get any better than this?! 

That’s exactly how it happens. When you’re happy, full of good-vibes and decide that no matter what happens it’s going to be an amazing day, the universe usually shows up and helps you to make it happen.

Try it out. Focus on everything that’s working in your life and really tap into how good it feels! Get your vibe sky-high in love and appreciation. No matter what happens during the day, choose to go back to feeling great… and see what happens!
