While I’m a non-specific manifestor (meaning having specific goals or intentions doesn’t work the best for me) having a specific morning routine really helps me get aligned throughout the day and keep my energy balanced. ๐งโโ๏ธ๐งโโ๏ธ๐งโโ๏ธ
If you’ve been following me for a while now, you know that I used to have a very “hard”, masculine morning practice: waking up at 6 am, getting ice-cold showers, etc. But I have since evolved and I’m now more in tune with my feminine energy, so this new morning routine is aligned with that and helps me get even more connected to my feminine core and get clear on my thoughts and intuition as I do my daily business:
โก Walking on my spiky eco mat to wake me up – itโs a Prana mat, and it helps with resetting energy and all sorts of health issues like back pain, headaches, etc.
โก Listening to “Synctuition” as I meditate. It’s an 3D-sound and binaural beats app that you can download on your phone and it’s helping me get into my calm and relaxed state in the am.
โก Lastly, I get into my energy states which is the highlight of my morning routine as it helps me get clear on my intentions and my feelings – I practice switching on specific emotional states in my body via imagining how I will feel as certain things happen – DM me if you want to know more?
