3 Ways To Get Back Into ALIGNMENT

This year, I am 100% committed to recognising when I’m feeling bitter, undervalued, not recognised, underappreciated…

In other words, when I’m completely OUT of alignment… 😵

…and here are 3 things I do to get myself back into flow.

Firstly I’m committed to listening to my intuition OVER my ego-mind…

Understanding my energy type in human design (I’m a projector) has helped me recognise when I’m acting from a place of misalignment, and do not feel good (in any way!) and when this happens, here’s what I do:

1. Stop and rest. Sometimes I still struggle with this one 🤣 Especially when I’m in the energy of “doing”, I can get really impatient. But taking a moment to pause and to step back to take a broader view of things allows me to see where the misalignment is coming from

2. Take a look at my human design profile. This is a game-changer because each of us has a specific energetic aura that flows differently from one another. Learning all about how my energy type works helps me get into alignment more easily (if you’re interested to know more about your type send me a DM)

3. Remind myself of my purpose. What am I here for? The right steps to support me towards my alignment will appear as I learn more about who I am, my unique blueprint, and what my soul is here for
