Grilled cheese and chili on sourdough…

It’s the weekend as I type this, I’m on my turquoise squashy sofa – the type you sink into – surrounded by a fluffy grey blanket and about to dig into a thick slice of sourdough bread (from my fave bakery in London – Gails) with cheese and chilli 🌶 and drink a mug of earl grey tea… bliss! 

It’s the end of week 1 of quarantine 🙌🏼  And I’m resisting the temptation to head to the park and roll around in the mud and hug some trees to get grounded after the 5 day money camp programme I just finished delivering to 120 beautiful people 🙌🏼🚀✨

Life is GOOD I have to say 👍🏼

Nothing to complain about over here. Am in bliss right now, knowing I gave last week my ALL and I’ve just uploaded the recordings from the extra bonus workshop I ran today…

What’s incredible to me is that I’m not even tired. 

A little in need of a recharge and time away from my laptop, but not exhausted as I once was after running intense week long programmes to big groups…

I’ve changed and I’m different now. 

I’m much more experienced and resilient. 

I’m embodied in my work and….

I know myself 👌🏼

When you know who you are, and what you’re here to do, it’s so much easier…you know what to invest time and energy into and what not to.

I feel truly satisfied with my life, things couldn’t be better and even being cooped inside the house for 2 weeks is absolutely ok…
