This really, really, really works! (And will make you feel really good)

At the moment I have a radical morning routine.

I need it. 

There’s a bigger “pull” to stay in bed than ever before…it’s warm and cosy, and I work for myself, so I don’t really need to be up, and all those other excuses….!

And I know that it’s on me to create a practice that helps me feel good in the morning. And I need to do this every morning. 

Being consistent….

Talking the talk, AND walking the walk…

It is so true that the way you feel in the morning influences the sort of day you’re going to have. And I know this is true because if I miss a day, by early afternoon I’m easily triggered, I’m frustrated, things get to me much faster…

So right now, THIS is what I’m doing:

  1. Waking up at 6:30am and getting straight out of bed
  2. Doing a self-hypnosis session (you can do a meditation)
  3. Appreciating everything in my life, my home, my business for 5-10 mins 
  4. Breathing into my heart deeply, and connecting with my spiritual guides, inviting them into my life and my business at the “highest” level  
  5. Getting a cold shower and breathing deeply into my body 
  6. Walking outside to look at the sunlight of sunrise 
  7. Starting my DAY! BOOM!!!!
