Saying, “I’m not happy. Things aren’t working out the way I thought they would, so I’m going to change my life” and actually going through with it, takes courage and commitment. But it’s not as hard as you think.

What makes change so hard, is our resistance to it. We love safety, familiarity, tidiness and comfort. The opposite to change. So we sabotage our own transformation. All. The. Time.

If change was a breeze, we wouldn’t be having this conversation. There’d be no need for me in your life. I’d be out of a job, and you’d be flying high, worry-free, living in love, and achieving your dreams.

But instead, we get stuck. In jobs, in relationships, in finances, in promises. You name it, we’re stuck in it. We lock ourselves in old patterns, old cycles and negative thinking. And it’s because we’re resistant to change.

But I know you, and deep down you want a more exciting life. More love, more confidence, more ecstasy. Yep you heard me, more ecstasy. Why the hell not?! You know you can have whatever you want, right?!

It begins with being willing and open (and determined) to change. As long as you have that, you’ll get there. And you’ll need some support too. And don’t worry about the “how” will it happen part, that’ll take care of itself when you decide you’ve had enough of living a mediocre existence, and show up ready and willing to change.
