Last Wednesday was a very special day! My book launched out into the world, and my launch party was at the beautiful Lululemon Regent Street store. We had 150 people gathering into the space to celebrate with me, and I was very overwhelmed. This was the most surreal day EVER. I felt a mixture of excitement, happiness and also a little exhausted!
And so now you all have access to my story. To my deepest experiences, my failures, my innermost secrets, my successes and most importantly, the tools to help support you with all the areas in your life.
